Abstract
We report a case of transverse testicular ectopia. The patient previously had undergone an operation for a left inguinal hernia and the right testis was absent. Each testis was placed in its respective side but the right vas deferens traversed the left inguinal canal (a modified Ombrédanne operation).Entities:
