Abstract
The hearts of 118 albino rats and 80 guinea-pigs were investigated by angiography. It was found that the blood supply to the cardiac ventricles of the rat is a coronary balanced circulation similar to that frequently met with in man. On the other hand, the distribution of the coronary arteries in the guinea-pig showed a definite left coronary preponderance to an extent never seen in man.Entities:
