Abstract
Connective tissue from specimens of Dupuytren's disease showed higher contents and altered distribution patterns of glycosaminoglycans. Increasing chondroitin sulphate concentrations as well as increasing proportions of 6-sulphated galactosamines were found to be the characteristic changes.Entities:
