Abstract
The "cherry red" laryngoscopic appearance of adult epiglottitis, as visualized through a fiberscope, is reproduced. The possible role of the fiberoptic bronchoscope, both as a diagnostic aid and as a means of facilitating endotracheal intubation, in this condition, is discussed.Entities:
