Psychosexual responses to infertility.

W R Keye.

Abstract

Clearly, infertility is one of several gynecologic conditions that may have a profound effect on the psychological and sexual status of its victim. It is obvious from indepth discussions with many infertile couples that they want their physician to help them recognize and deal with these problems. Unfortunately, we are often ill-prepared to meet such a request. Hopefully, however, the next several years will see an increase in the systematic and scientific study of such problems and their solutions, thus providing us with a rational and proven method of dealing with these problems.
