Abstract
Chest wall tenderness is commonly indicative of chest wall disease. Two patients with angiographically proved pulmonary emboli had clinical presentations dominated by chest wall tenderness. Clinicians should be alert to this mode of presentation and not exclude pulmonary embolism on the basis of such findings.Entities:
