Abstract
A technique for rapidly and quantitatively denaturing double-stranded DNA employing urea and moderate heat is described. The single DNA strands are resolved on high-percentage nondenaturing polyacrylamide gels from which they can be recovered for Maxam-Gilbert sequence analysis.Entities:
