[Evaluation of nutritional intake of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates by the adult population resident in Geneva].

Abstract

Compared with the dietary recommendations, the adult population of Geneva seems to have an excessive lipid intake and an insufficient intake of carbo-hydrates. This phenomenon is more conspicious in younger adults than in the elderly.
