Abstract
A patient was referred for an asymptomatic neck mass presumed to be a thyroid mass. Fine needle aspiration and examination of the aspirate provided the preoperative diagnosis, which led to early surgical treatment and avoided unnecessary sodium levothyroxine therapy.Entities:
