[A case of Marfan's syndrome with a ruptured distal middle cerebral aneurysm].

A case of ruptured distal middle cerebral aneurysm is reported, A 20-year-old man with Marfan's syndrome suffered from sudden loss of consciousness. A CT scan and cerebral angiogram revealed a distal middle cerebral aneurysm with a large intracerebral hematoma. The aneurysm was clipped and the hematoma was evacuated successfully. This case is presented and the literature related to the aneurysm associated with Marfan's syndrome is reviewed.
