[Surgical management of anus incontinence using free-transplanted autologous, endogenous intestinal musculature].

Abstract

A new treatment for anal incontinence is presented. Smooth muscle from the large intestine is transplanted to form a new sphincter. The advantage of using smooth muscle as a sphincter plastic id discussed.
