Abstract
Marfan's syndrome is a hereditary disorder of connective tissue, involving the ophthalmic, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. Two cases are described in which protrusio acetabuli was a major problem. Otto pelvis should be considered as one of the musculoskeletal manifestations of Marfan's syndrome.Entities:
