The stability of the shoulder joint in stress radiography.

Abstract

Stress roentgenograms in 25 probands were performed to evaluate the stability of the normal shoulder joint. The shoulder was remarkably stable, the average ventral subluxation being 0.8 mm, the dorsal subluxation 0.2 mm.
