[Modulating effect of short peptides on monoaminergic processes in the brain as a basis of their psychotropic action].

Distinct differences are shown in the effect of short peptides on behavior depending on the initial type of emotional and behavioral activity. The new data are discussed on the interaction between peptides and membrane lipids and on the various effect of peptides on membranes of intact and neurotic animals.
