Abstract
The principal aim of suction lipectomy is to leave intact, as far as possible, the connections between the skin and the underlying tissue, thereby retaining the blood vessels, the lymphatics, and the nerve endings. The author presents his surgical technique and discusses complications, indications, disadvantages of lipolysis, and advantages of his technique.Mesh:
