Abstract
Malunion of a child's forearm fracture is a functional and cosmetic disability. Drill osteoclasis is an alternative to open osteotomy. Fifteen consecutive cases demonstrate the following advantages of the technique: (1) the absence of an unsightly scar, (2) full, reliable correction of the deformity, (3) no need for a second operation to remove a plate, and (4) no risk of fracture occurring subsequently through a screw hole.Entities:
