Abstract
Filiform polyps were demonstrated radiographically in a seven year old child with granulomatous colitis. Most previous reports have been in adult subjects. These slender projections of colonic mucosa and submucosa have a characteristic radiographic appearance on barium enema. It is important to recognize the condition as being benign.Entities:
