Abstract
Clinical features and treatment of keratoderma hereditaria mutilans (Vohwinkel's syndrome) are described in an 11-year-old boy. The disease, in particular the mutilating complications (pseudo-ainhum), responded satisfactorily to the oral administration of etretinate, an aromatic retinoid.Entities:
