Abstract
The authors have analysed the results of 25 total ankle replacements, either tibio-calcaneal or tibio-talar. 12 cases failed and only 7 could be considered to be satisfactory. The authors have ceased to use the procedure and consider that, at the present time, ankle arthrodesis is more reliable.Entities:
