Abstract
Trifluoperazine (TFP) inhibits superprecipitation and ATPase activity of smooth muscle actomyosin. This effect appears not to be due to the inhibitory effect of TFP on the Ca++-dependent modulator and the myosin light chain kinase, which are known to be cofactors required for activation of smooth muscle actomyosin.Entities:
