Abstract
A 40-year-old male patient with known generalised neurofibromatosis presented with a radiological pattern of interstitial fibrosis and a coin lesion in the left lung. Closed lung biopsy revealed an adenosquamous carcinoma. The pulmonary complications of generalised neurofibromatosis and the possible pathogenesis of scar cancer in this condition are discussed.Entities:
