Abstract
Injections of iohexol in two series of volunteers, 20 in 1980 and 16 in 1982 are briefly reported. Intravenous injections of iohexol in doses from 125 to 1500 mg I/kg body weight were well tolerated. Iohexol was completely excreted in unchanged form. The results indicate that iohexol may safely be used in clinical trials.Entities:
