Crohn's disease of the stomach with outlet obstruction: a case report and review of therapy.

W M Priebe, J B Simon.

Abstract

Crohn's disease of the stomach is an uncommon condition which often progresses to stenosis with associated gastric outlet obstruction. We describe a patient who obtained long-term relief of obstruction following a short course of corticosteroids and total parenteral nutrition, and we discuss the therapeutic options for gastroduodenal Crohn's disease.
