Z-epicanthoplasty.

S Lessa, R Sebastiá.

Abstract

The authors performed Z-epicanthoplasty in 31 patients with excellent results. Z-epicanthoplasty is based on the marking of the new canthus as done in the Mustardé technique, followed by a double Z-plasty. The technique may be used for all types of epicanthus.
