Abstract
This article reviews, for the internist, recent advances in our understanding of the immunology and clinical characteristics of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The method of treatment based on clinical staging of CLL and as practiced in the authors' clinic is detailed. It also provides an outline of possible investigation and therapy that may be expected in the coming years.Entities:
