Abstract
Ghost cell glaucoma may be suspected when intraocular pressure remains elevated following vitreous hemorrhage. Vitrectomy provides relief of the glaucoma and an improvement in vision. The vitrectomy specimen offers confirmation of the clinical diagnosis when examined by phase contrast microscopy.Entities:
