Abstract
A 13-year-old boy presented himself with an airgun injury with a track from an entry wound in the left temporal region to the right thalamic pulvinar. The patient made a good recovery following stereotactic removal of the pellet. The literature is reviewed and the indications for stereotactic removal of intracranial foreign bodies discussed.Entities:
