Jaccoud's arthropathy in scleroderma.

J D Bradley, R S Pinals.

Abstract

Two patients with scleroderma developed a non-erosive hand deformity resembling Jaccoud's arthropathy. Neither had a history of rheumatic fever or clinical and serological features of systemic lupus erythematosus. This type of arthropathy may be more common in scleroderma than is currently appreciated.
