Abstract
Two patients with scleroderma developed a non-erosive hand deformity resembling Jaccoud's arthropathy. Neither had a history of rheumatic fever or clinical and serological features of systemic lupus erythematosus. This type of arthropathy may be more common in scleroderma than is currently appreciated.Entities:
