Abstract
Mice were immunized in vitro and in vivo against the tumor-associated antigens of a methylcholanthrene-induced tumor, using immunogen cells coupled to a cord factor analog (trehalosedihemisuccinatemonohexadecylamide). Immune activity was measured with a short-term 51Cr-release assay. The cord factor analog potentiated immunity induced by adjuvant peptide.Entities:
