Abstract
Semi-crude human leukocyte interferon (specific activity at least 10(5) international units per mg protein) was produced by replacement of priming medium with protein poor medium before the production period. A simpler medium than Eagle's medium was suitable to obtain substantial quantities of interferon.Entities:
