Abstract
The present data demonstrate increased binding of various iodinated adrenergic radioligands. In contrast, this was not observed for [3H]dihydroalprenolol. This systematic deviation of apparent binding parameters can be explained by the inappropriate use of a decay correction factor, indicating that the decayed iodinated radioligands lose their binding ability. Consequently no correction for decay is required in the case of iodinated adrenergic radioligands.Entities:
