Abstract
Four cases of congenital cytomegalovirus infection associated with previously unreported intracranial lesions--paraventricular cysts and intraventricular strands and mild ventriculomegaly--are described. These findings may have serious implications regarding the long-term neurologic prognosis for infants with congenital cytomegalovirus infection.Entities:
