Abstract
We report the case of a 69-year-old man with a carcinoma of the breast who developed metastasis to the eye from transitional cell carcinomas in the urinary tract. Ocular metastasis from transitional cell carcinomas in the urinary bladder is extremely rare, and we have not found a report of ocular metastasis from a carcinoma of the ureter or renal pelvis. Although mammary carcinoma is the most common source for metastatic tumors to the eye, the histologic appearance of the metastatic tumor in the eye in the present case was typical of transitional carcinoma of urinary tract origin.Entities:
