Abstract
A patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome is described. Both retinae were severely affected. Vision was reduced to light perception with projection incerta in the right eye and finger counting at 1.5 m in the left eye. Eye involvement is common in this syndrome, appearing at an early stage of the disease. The fundal appearance could thus be of help in diagnosis.Entities:
