Abstract
Fecal incontinence is frequently seen in elderly patients, particularly in association with dementia. It can result from underlying disease, fecal stasis, or neurologic disorders, some of which are reversible. With proper care and treatment, it is possible to reduce the prevalence of fecal incontinence in elderly patients.Entities:
