Abstract
Primary adenocarcinoma of the gastro-oesophageal junction, oesophagus or stomach is very rare in childhood (3, 5). Within that small patient population, dysphagia is an unusual presenting feature. We wish to report such a condition, occurring in a 14-year-old boy, to emphasise that dysphagia in childhood should always be taken seriously.Entities:
