Abstract
A 55-year-old woman was described who developed an acute myelomonocytic leukemia 4 years after remission of sarcoidosis. This association is of particular interest since pronounced T cell dysfunction appears in sarcoidosis. We traced serum angiotensin-converting enzyme and serum or urinary lysozyme levels of this patient.Entities:
