Abstract
Granulocyte progenitor cells were grown in culture with amphotericin B, miconazole, and ketoconazole. Significant suppression of progenitor cell growth could be demonstrated with all three drugs at increasing concentrations. No additive suppression was seen when amphotericin B and ketoconazole were combined.Entities:
