Abstract
The authors report a case of fatal lactic acidosis which occurred in a 77-year old patient with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Lactic acidosis revealed a hepatic carcinoma. Pathogenesis and therapy are discussed with reference to previously published data.Entities:
