Abstract
The authors report two cases of gold-salt-induced cholestasis. They make a review of the thirteen cases previously related in the literature ; the cholestasis was constant, the hepatocytic necrosis was unusual and the gold-salts were difficult to visualize in the liver biopsy and more especially at the ultrastructural level. The immunological mechanism of hypersensibility is well established ; the possibility of an associated hepatotoxicity is debated.Entities:
