Abstract
Kinetoplast DNA was cloned in the pBR322 plasmid using the BamHI site. In situ hybridization of iodinated recombinant DNA showed hybridization grains only in the kinetoplast region. The recombinant DNA was analyzed with restriction enzymes and its base ratio was determined by analytical CsCl density gradient.Entities:
