Abstract
Although the syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion may be seen in several disorders, small cell bronchogenic carcinoma is probably the most commonly reported cause. We have reported a case of excessive production of ADH preceding the detection of the underlying small cell anaplastic bronchogenic carcinoma by nearly seven months, and suggest the possibility of using serum ADH levels in the diagnosis and management of such patients.Entities:
