Eaton-Lambert syndrome and malignant thymoma.

Abstract

Eaton-Lambert syndrome is most frequently associated with small-cell carcinoma of the lung. We describe the first case of this disorder in a patient with malignant thymoma. Guanidine treatment had no clinical or electrophysiologic effects.
