Abstract
Very few cases of peripheral neuropathy as a complication of disulfiram therapy have been described. The clinical and electrodiagnostic features of two patients who developed a severe peripheral neuropathy during disulfiram administration are reported. Evidence is presented which suggests that disulfiram causes a dying-back axonal neuropathy.Entities:
