Abstract
A patient with the classic manifestations of the glucagonoma syndrome and hepatic metastases is presented. Clinical improvement occurred after removal of the primary tumor by distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. No further antitumor therapy has been needed over a 15 month postoperative follow-up despite metastatic disease.Entities:
