Abstract
Sarcoidosis is proteiform and localisations to mediastinum, lung, nodes, skin and glands are the most frequent. The involvement to bone marrow and kidney are rarely described. The authors report in this paper a case of sarcoidosis revealed by hypercalcemia with bone marrow and kidney lesions, and discuss their morphologic aspect and frequency.Entities:
