Enophthalmos and orbital expansion from chronic sinusitis. CT evaluation with reformatted images.

Five patients were found to have an unusual variety of enophthalmos that results from chronic constricting sinusitis with expansion of the orbit. We illustrate the usefulness of computed tomography in the diagnosis of this process, emphasizing the role of oblique sagittal reformatted images.
