Abstract
Fibrous dysplasia, a bone dysplasia of unknown pathogenesis, may be either monostotic or polyostotic. Not only is the femur involved in nearly all cases of the polyostotic form, but a distinct unilateral predilection is often noted. The following case illustrates the classic polyostotic changes.Entities:
