Left main coronary artery stenosis: a possible complication of transluminal coronary angioplasty.

Abstract

Coronary transluminal angioplasty is a new alternative modality for the treatment of specific lesions of coronary artery disease. Although numerous complications have been recognized, this represents the first report of development of a severe left main coronary artery stenosis following left anterior descending artery angioplasty.
