Abstract
We report a case of secondary erectile impotence proved angiographically to be caused by an external iliac artery stenosis associated with a steal phenomenon in the pelvic region. The patient was treated successfully by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, which can be an attractive alternative to an operation in selected patients.Entities:
